MEDITATION

Meditation is far more than just sitting still

HATHA-YOGA

Hatha Yoga is a gentle invitation

It offers a space to slow down, to breathe deeply, and to reconnect - with your body, your mind and inner rhythm.

In Hatha Yoga, we move with intuition, combining simple postures with conscious breathing. It's not about performance or flexibility

- it's about presence. You don't need experience. Only the willingness to meet yourself, just as you are.

With time, this practice builds strength, calm, and quiet confidence - from the inside out. 

A steady path toward balance, vitality and inner peace.

Spiritual-Life-Coaching

The spiritual path is not without its challenges

There were many moments i could not have navigated alone.

Without my teachers, mentors, friends and companions,

I would not be where I am today.

In times of deep uncertainty, they offered me strength,

courage - and often, the mirror I needed to truly see myself.

​

As I continued on my path, i became increasingly devoted to the integration

of intense spiritual experiences - because returning to groundedness was not always easy.

I've seen others lose that connection to the earth after powerful awakenings.

Some I was able to guide - gently, respectfully - back to themselves an to the question: 

"Who am I, really?".

​

The answers, or perhaps better said, the living questions, revealed themselves through the teachings of Yoga, classical non-dual Tantra, Tibetan Buddhism, the wisdom of south American shamanic traditions - and most of all, through life itself.

​

Today, I support others from this foundation:

rooted in experience, anchored in practice, and guided by the deep knowing that we are never meant to walk this path alone. 

Not as a Guru, as a Human on eye level who walks next to you!

BALANCE

Just like nature, a human life moves through seasons

But balance is not about staying in some neutral grey.

It's about moving fully with the intensity of life - and knowing what it takes to restore harmony within.

Integration is the heart of my guidance

Because what value do spiritual experiences truly hold, if you're unable to process and embody them in your everyday life?

This is where spiritual bypassing becomes relevant - when spirituality is used as an escape, rather than a path to deeper truth.

It's not the incense, the mantras, or the beautiful robes that mark your evolution. It's honest, courageous willingness to step into your own darkness - and plant seeds of light right there.

That's where real transformation begins.

Not in bypassing the self, but in fully meeting it - with presence, integrity and compassion.

The elder, the wise ones, the seekers - across time and cultures - have gifted us with something extraordinary:

Pathways, traditions and languages to describe the indescribable.

For me, it has always been essential not just to feel the mystery of life, but to understand it - to grasp its wonder on every level.

I found my answers woven into many different traditions.

And today, i draw upon this diverse wisdom to give structure to complex inner experiences and help bring clarity to the deepest of questions.

Because insight needs grounding - and even the most mystical moment lines to be integrated into the rhythm of a real, lived life.
